How to use a stamp?
1. Wash your hands well before use
2. Know your anatomy and take a relaxed position
3. Place half of the applicator in the vagina and push the other half inward to let the buffer enter.
4. Once the stamp is well positioned at the top of the vagina, and there is no gene, you can take out the applicator.
5. After use, replace the applicator in the individual sachet before placing it in the trash.
6. Wash your hands well after use

Use only one stamp at a time;
The maximum recommended port time is 4 hours;
It is not recommended to wear internal protection the
night ;
The stamp should be used only during
menstruation;
If you hesitate between 2 sizes, always choose the least absorbent stamp; (ditto See the sentence
on the pack to put the same)
All of these recommendations are there to limit any risk of irritation, intolerances, allergies, or even microtrauma.

Menstrual toxic shock syndrome is a serious, potentially fatal infectious disease linked to wearing an internal protective product (hygienic or menstrual) for too long during menstruation.

Possible symptoms include: sudden fever over 39°C, vomiting, diarrhea, sunburn-like rash, sore throat, dizziness, and/or fainting. Note that these may not all occur at the same time.

It is recommended to consult a doctor immediately if symptoms of menstrual toxic shock syndrome appear, to remove the tampon and if possible to keep it for analysis, to inform the doctor of your current menstruation and of the possibility of having menstrual toxic shock syndrome linked to the use of an intimate protection product at
internal use.

Anyone who has ever developed menstrual toxic shock syndrome should not use internal protection products.
