Since June 2018, we have been offering a new generation of diapers: eco-labeled diapers with a veil in contact with baby's skin of natural origin! Since 2020, Love & Green has offered a new revolution: some of the absorbent microbeads are now of natural origin while the other diapers on the market still offer a composition of microbeads 100% of petrochemical origin.

We have always offered you the most natural products possible to respect fragile skin. Thanks to this innovation, babies are no longer in contact with a plastic film but with a veil of natural origin. We are also strengthening our commitment to the environment by offering diapers certified by Ecolabel.

Love&Green goes even further in its transparency approach with you by being the first brand to display the clear and complete list of ingredients on all diaper packages!

We also do toxicity tests every 3 months on our diapers which we publish on our site, “ We prove it to you ” section.

Oui, les couches Love & Green sont adaptées dès la naissance. Nos tailles 1 et 2 disposent d’une découpe spécifique au niveau du cordon ombilical pour éviter les frottements et sont conçues avec un voile en contact avec la peau d’origine naturelle, sans ingrédients controversés. Love & Green is one of the only brands that is committed to systematically banning any ingredient suspected of being an endocrine disruptor or of causing impacts on babies' health.

Thus, we never use parabens or phenoxyethanol which are suspected of being endocrine disruptors and which are nevertheless used in the majority of baby products, in particular wipes. Indeed, these molecules are likely to harm fertility and cause genital malformations. The ANSM also recommends that phenoxyethanol not be used in products intended for baby seats.

Petrolatum is a mineral oil jelly derived from crude oil. It is widely used in classic diapers to serve as a protective barrier between baby's skin and the diaper. In fact, the majority of diapers are made up of 67% to 87% plastic and contain almost no cellulose. Baby's skin is then in direct contact with plasticized materials, which are abrasive to the skin.

However, petrolatum is classified as carcinogenic by the European Union because it may contain Poly-Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs) which are carcinogenic. The report from ANSES (National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety) revealed traces of PAHs in the main brands of diapers and even worrying quantities in some. At Love & Green, we ban the use of petrolatum and excess plastic.

Thanks to cellulose and natural veils, the Love & Green diaper is ultra soft and comfortable, hypoallergenic and tested under dermatological control. It is one of the only ones on the market to offer a veil in contact with baby's skin of 100% natural origin.

Chlorine is used primarily to bleach the cellulose in the diaper.

However, the bleaching process with chlorine or chlorinated derivatives generates the production of chlorinated hydrocarbons, a group of dangerous chemicals, one of the derived products of which is dioxin, one of the most toxic substances known and classified as POP ( Persistent Organic Pollutant) which means that it accumulates in the body.

At Love & Green, our cellulose is TCF (Total Chlorine Free) certified, it is oxygen bleached.

The majority of fragrances used in baby products contain many allergens.

Allergenic substances can cause allergic reactions in people with sensitive skin. A baby who is in regular contact with allergens is more likely to develop allergies as he grows up; This is what doctors and allergists denounce, who point out that the percentage of people with allergies has doubled in 15 years .

All Love & Green products are therefore formulated without any allergens (according to the list defined by European regulations) to preserve babies' health.

Here is the detail of the composition of our layers:

Cushion: the soft part is made of cellulose, this is a material that comes from wood. Our cellulose is FSC® certified, meaning that it comes from responsibly managed forests (respecting the natural renewal of forests), and other controlled sources. Our cellulose is also TCF certified, meaning that it is not bleached with chlorine or chlorinated derivatives, but with oxygen and ozone. Our cushion also contains SAP: super Absorbent Powder, this is a material that absorbs and retains liquid, essential for keeping baby's bottom dry. We use around 30% less in our diapers than in a traditional diaper (and we compensate with more cellulose to achieve the same result in terms of effectiveness). In order to further limit the presence of SAP, Love & Green has integrated absorbent microbeads of natural origin into the cushion: it's a revolution on the diaper market! Love & Green now offers, thanks to this innovation, the diaper with the most natural composition on the market!

Outer veil: in a classic layer, this veil is made of plastic. We use a Green PE film and a non-woven polypropylene or viscose veil.

Les lingettes Love & Green sont fabriquées à partir de fibres d’origine naturelle et sans aucun plastique. Nos lingettes à l’eau sont compostables à domicile. Elles offrent ainsi un nettoyage doux pour bébé tout en réduisant l’impact environnemental.

Love & Green diapers have a distribution system which allows great absorption capacity and leaves baby's skin very dry.

You can use Love & Green diapers day and night, they are ultra-absorbent!

We regularly have the absorption of our diapers tested by an independent laboratory, and they are classified A, i.e. the best possible absorption (Absorption test carried out on our size 4 diapers in August 2020).

Love & Green diapers are eco-friendly and hypoallergenic, but are not organic. Some parents looking for the most natural and responsible diaper possible think they will find organic diapers, sometimes biodegradable. For the moment, this is impossible, for several reasons:

- Disposable diapers are mainly made of cellulose. It is paper pulp that comes from wood. To grow trees, there is no use of pesticides. There are therefore no organic forests. Cellulose cannot, to date, be certified organic. It can, however, be FSC® certified (this is the case for Love & Green), which means that it comes from forests managed in a sustainable and responsible manner.

- All disposable diapers have SAP (Super Absorbent Power). These are the absorbent microbeads that make up the absorbent cushion of the diaper. These microbeads are mainly derived from petrochemicals (at Love & Green, they are 50% of natural origin), which means that they cannot be organic.

- There are still elements of the diaper which are made of plastic from petroleum, and which therefore cannot be certified organic (like the scratches for example) As you will have understood, there is therefore no organic or even biodegradable disposable diaper .

Our fight is to limit the use of petrochemicals and plastic in our products as much as possible. The veil and barriers in contact with baby's skin are of natural origin, our diapers have 50% microbeads of natural origin, we gradually remove elements of petrochemical origin to replace them with elements of natural origin. natural origin. Our long-term objective is obviously to be able to offer parents a biodegradable diaper.

Love & Green diapers do not have a humidity indicator. The moisture indicator adds glue and coloring to the layer. And you will have understood, at Love & Green, we seek to limit the use of these components!

And in general, with 7 to 8 diapers a day to change for a newborn, when you wonder if you need to change the diaper, it is!

Love & Green propose une gamme complète composée de protège-slips, serviettes
absorbantes et sous-vêtements absorbants. Chaque produit est conçu pour répondre à un niveau de fuite spécifique, du plus léger au plus important, tout en garantissant confort et discrétion.

Le choix dépend du niveau de fuite et du moment d’utilisation. Les protège-slips conviennent aux fuites légères, les serviettes aux fuites modérées, et les sous-vêtements absorbants sont recommandés pour une protection renforcée, notamment la nuit.

Oui, certains produits sont spécialement conçus pour la nuit avec une absorption renforcée. Ils assurent une protection longue durée et permettent de dormir sereinement sans risque de fuite.

Oui, elles sont fines, s’adaptent aux mouvements du corps et restent invisibles sous les vêtements. Les matières utilisées sont douces et respectueuses de la peau pour un confort optimal au quotidien.

Les protections pour fuites urinaires sont spécialement conçues pour absorber l’urine, qui est plus liquide et peut générer des odeurs. Elles contiennent des microbilles absorbantes qui capturent rapidement les liquides et aident à neutraliser les odeurs.

À l’inverse, les serviettes hygiéniques classiques sont adaptées au flux menstruel et ne sont pas conçues pour gérer efficacement les odeurs liées aux fuites urinaires.

Pour un confort optimal et une meilleure protection, il est donc recommandé d’utiliser des produits spécifiquement adaptés aux fuites urinaires.

Size 1 is suitable for babies weighing 2-5 kg. This is a size that is generally worn for 15 days by babies. This is why we are making a mixed pack with size 2 in order to offer you a balanced pack!

The subscription is a solution that Love & Green wanted to put in place to make life easier for parents! No need to think about buying diapers anymore, we do it for you!

To benefit from it, it’s very simple, go to the page “ I subscribe » and choose the diaper or pants subscription.

For diapers and pants, simply choose the size of diapers you want to receive based on your baby's weight. You choose how often you want to receive your Love&Green diapers (every 3, 4 or 5 weeks) then the date of the first shipment that suits you, and we take care of the rest! You can benefit from delivery directly to your home, or free of charge to a relay point.

If you have twins, you will need to create a diaper subscription per baby. But good news! We offer you a -10€ discount on the 2nd subscription, with no time limit (provided you have an already active subscription). To take advantage of this offer, simply send us an email to contact@greenfamily.green specifying the nature of your request as well as proof (proof of twin pregnancy or birth certificates for example).

Of course you can change your subscription at any time! Simply go to your customer account in the “Subscription” -> “Modify my subscription” section.

You can modify the frequency and the chosen size. You can also manage the complementary products in your box by deleting some and adding others (limited to 5 complementary products per subscription). For the changes to be taken into account, don't forget to select the delivery address and banking details that are linked to the subscription. This allows us to confirm all your account data. Please make modification requests at least 1 week before your next delivery so that we can take them into account when preparing the package.

If your subscription has the status "Waiting for payment", don't panic! This is because you have probably selected a shipping date that is not immediate: the subscription was created for a future date. You should know that the bank debit is made the day before your package is shipped: it is only at this moment that the status of your order will be updated and changed to “Payment accepted”. If the order status changes, then your Love & Green package should not be delayed any longer!
